The Mitutoyo 050110 Center Type Edge Finder measures the edge distance of cylindrical workpieces. It’s perfect for a variety of applications, including inspection, assembly, and manufacturing. This tool is great for finding the center of objects, including pipes, disks, cylinders, shafts, and more.
Use the 050110 with a mechanical lathe, milling machine, or drill press. It has a center-finding tip on one end and an edge-finding blade on the other. The finder has a built-in spring, which allows it to retract automatically when released from contact with the workpiece. This prevents damage to the tip, protecting it from being stuck in a hole during measurement.
