Hawkeye PSH28-NVK Pro Super Hardy Borescope Kit, 28” (730 mm)

The Hawkeye PSH28-NVK Pro Super Hardy Borescope gives 3x the illumination of the Pro Slim. Rugged and bright, the Pro Hardy and Pro Super Hardy lines are ideal for dark, tight spaces.

Product Description

The Hawkeye PSH28-NVK Pro Super Hardy Borescope is a big scope for big inspections. At 0.283 inches, it’s slightly wider than the Pro Slim series, which makes it ideal for looking into the larger, dark spaces of diesel and aircraft cylinders, tanks, pressure vessels, pipes, and even wall cavities. The LightConcentrator™ illuminates your subject so you can see every detail. And the multi-coated objective lens provides crystal-clear images every time.

The PSH28-NVK features an all-stainless steel tube and tip, which is useful for harsh environments. And it is watertight and resistant to most hydrocarbons.

All Hawkeye borescopes we designed only for use at ambient pressure, however, we have several customers who have successfully used Hawkeye Borescopes at pressures up to 500 PSI and down to 10-6 Torr. As the scopes were not specifically designed for this, the operator does so at his own risk.

Chemical Resistance

All Hawkeye Pro Rigid borescopes (tube only, not the eyepiece end) are watertight and are resistant to most hydrocarbons; oils, gasoline, hydraulic fluid, jet fuel, etc. Exposure to Acids and strong Alkalis should be avoided as they will attack the optical window.
